VistaShares Continues to Add to Its “Legends + Income” ETF Suite with the Launch of DRKY

The VistaShares Target 15™ DRUKMacro Distribution ETF (DRKY) generally mirrors the top publicly disclosed holdings of the private investment firm of Stanley Druckenmiller while active options overlay seeks high monthly income

San Francisco & Boston & New York – (October 8, 2025) – VistaShares, an innovative asset manager seeking to disrupt the status quo in thematic exposures, income investing, is adding a new ETF today with the launch of the VistaShares Target™ 15 DRUKMacro Distribution ETF (DRKY).

DRKY is an actively managed ETF offering investors a portfolio of equity securities based on the BITA VistaShares DRUKMacro Select Index, the top 20 U.S.-listed equity securities, as measured by their weight within publicly disclosed investment portfolio of the Duquesne Family Office (“Duquesne”), a private investment firm of Stanley Druckenmiller, employing a discretionary global macroeconomic strategy. We also leverage the experience of the portfolio management team to seek to generate monthly income

The DRKY fund’s design is similar in approach to that which underpins the VistaShares Target 15 Berkshire Select Income ETF (OMAH) and the VistaShares Target 15 ACKtivist Distribution ETF (ACKY).

OMAH has been one of this year’s breakout ETF hits, as it has gathered well over $500 million in assets since it began trading on March 5th. ACKY has received similar attention and investor interest as it has exceeded $30 million in assets in only 3 weeks of live trading.

With OMAH, VistaShares pioneered an entirely new approach to the fast-growing category of equity- and options-powered strategies as it provides investors with exposure to an equity portfolio designed to reflect a select group of the publicly disclosed investments of Berkshire Hathaway while an actively managed options overlay aims to achieve an annual income target of 15%. ACKY takes a similar approach to mirroring the equity portfolio of Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Capital, with the same target income component.

“Global macro strategies are top of mind for many investors as we find ourselves in a time where a range of large-scale macroeconomic factors are leaving markets whipsawed,” said Adam Patti, CEO of VistaShares. “No conversation on global macro approaches would be complete without the inclusion of the acumen of someone like Stanley Druckenmiller, and we’re thrilled to be bringing DRKY to market as we add to our suite of funds that allow investors to ‘invest like the best’ while also incorporating an attractive income component.”

Income ETFs: VistaShares Target 15 DRUKMacro Distribution ETF (DRKY)

Index / Strategy Risks.
The Index’s holdings are derived from publicly available data, which may be delayed relative to the then current portfolio of Bill Ackman or Pershing Square Capital Management. Consequently, the Fund’s holdings, which are based on the Index, may not accurately reflect William Ackman or Pershing Square Holdings’ most recent publicly disclosed investment positions and may deviate substantially from its actual current hedge fund portfolio. This ETF and VistaShares or its partners have no affiliation with Bill Ackman or Pershing Square Holdings. The equity securities represented in the Index are subject to a range of risks, including, but not limited to, fluctuations in market conditions, increased competition, and evolving regulatory environments, all of which could adversely affect their performance.

Distribution Risks. There is no assurance that the Fund will make a distribution in any given month. If the Fund does make distributions, the amounts of such distributions will likely vary greatly from one distribution to the next. Additionally, monthly distributions, if any, may consist of returns of capital, which would decrease the Fund’s NAV and trading price over time. As a result, an investor may suffer significant losses to their investment.

Focused Portfolio Risk. The Fund DRKY will hold a relatively focused portfolio that may contain exposure to the securities of fewer issuers than the portfolios of other ETFs. Holding a relatively concentrated portfolio may increase the risk that the value of the Fund could go down because of the poor performance of one or a few investments.

Derivatives Risk. Derivatives are financial instruments that derive value from the underlying reference asset or assets, such as stocks, bonds, or funds (including ETFs), interest rates or indexes.

Options Contracts.
The use of options contracts in this exchange traded fund involves investment strategies and risks different from those associated with ordinary portfolio securities transactions. In exchange traded funds, the prices of options are volatile and are influenced by, among other things, actual and anticipated changes in the value of the underlying instrument, including the anticipated volatility, which are affected by fiscal and monetary policies and by national and international political, changes in the actual or implied volatility or the reference asset, the time remaining until the expiration of the option contract and economic events.

Equity Market Risk.
Common stocks are generally exposed to greater risk than other types of securities, such as preferred stock and debt obligations, because common stockholders generally have inferior rights to receive payment from specific issuers. The equity securities held in the Fund’s portfolio may experience sudden, unpredictable drops in value or long periods of decline in value.

U.S. Government and U.S. Agency Obligations Risk.
The Fund may invest in securities issued by the U.S. government or its agencies or instrumentalities. U.S. Government obligations include securities issued or guaranteed as to principal and interest by the U.S. Government, its agencies or instrumentalities, such as the U.S. Treasury.

New Fund Risk.
The Fund is a recently organized management investment company with no operating history. As a result, prospective investors do not have a track record or history on which to base their investment decisions.

Newer Sub-Adviser Risk.
VistaShares is a recently formed entity and has limited experience with managing an exchange-traded fund, which may limit the Sub-Adviser’s effectiveness.

Swap Agreements Risk. Swap agreements are entered into primarily with major global financial institutions for a specified period which may range from one day to more than one year. In a standard swap transaction, two parties agree to exchange the return (or differentials in rates of return) earned or realized on predetermined reference or underlying securities or instruments. These instruments involve specialized risks that can prevent the Fund from achieving its objectives.

The Fund may not achieve its investment objective and there is a risk that you could lose all of your money invested in the Fund.

By writing covered calls the Fund may limit its potential gains in exchange for premium income.
